Salon rules and terms

Treatment prices are given in euros on parkspa.lv and at the salon.

• You can book online (booking system parkspa.ilgsbook.online), by phone at +371 29121111 or via WhatsApp.
• A visit is booked once you have received confirmation from the administrator.
• When you book a treatment without a gift card, we send an invoice for a €50 deposit, which counts towards the treatment price.
• If you will use a gift card, please give its code when booking.
• On your first visit we ask you to fill in a client card with information about your health — it helps the therapist choose a safe treatment.
• Guests aged 14 and over may visit without a parent. Younger children are welcome together with a parent or legal guardian.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your treatment so you have time to change and settle in.
• If you are late, the treatment is shortened by the time missed so that the next guests do not have to wait. The price stays the same.
• If you see that you are running late, please let us know by phone or WhatsApp.

You can cancel or reschedule a visit free of charge no later than 24 hours before it starts — by phone at +371 29121111, via WhatsApp or by e-mail at info@parkspa.lv.

• If a visit is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before it starts, or you do not show up, the deposit is not refunded.
• If the visit was booked with a gift card, the card is then treated as used. For a multi-visit pass, one visit is deducted; by agreement, the salon may let you reschedule.
• Illness or other circumstances do not by themselves exempt you from the 24-hour rule. The salon considers exceptions case by case.
• If the salon has to cancel a visit (for example, because a therapist is ill), we will let you know as early as possible and offer another time. If that does not suit you, any deposit is refunded in full and no gift card visit is deducted.

• Before the treatment, tell your therapist about your health: chronic conditions, medication you take, allergies and pregnancy. The list of contraindications is on the Contraindications page.
• The therapist may adjust the intensity, suggest a different treatment or decline to perform it if there are contraindications or if the client is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
• If you feel unwell or uncomfortable during a treatment, tell the therapist straight away — the treatment can be changed or stopped at any time.
• Avoid eating for an hour before the treatment; alcohol does not mix with treatments.
• Medical massages with a doctor's referral may be reimbursed by your health insurance — see the Useful information page.

• The salon is a place of quiet and calm — please switch your phone to silent and respect other guests' privacy.
• You will be given a robe, slippers and a towel for your treatment.
• We suggest removing jewellery before the treatment and leaving valuables at home. Park Spa is not responsible for items left unattended.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed in the salon.
• Park Spa provides only professional spa, massage and therapeutic services. In the event of indecent or offensive behaviour, the therapist may stop the treatment.

There are three kinds of gift cards: a card for a specific treatment (1 visit; the card shows the option, e.g. for 2 persons or 90 min), a multi-visit pass for a set number of visits, and a value card.

• You can buy a card on parkspa.lv, paying by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (the payment is processed securely by Stripe), or at the salon in cash or by card.
• After payment, the card with a unique code and QR code is sent to the e-mail you provided (PDF); you can also download it right after paying.
• The card is valid for 6 months from the day of purchase; the exact date is printed on the card.
• When booking, give the card code. At the salon the card is checked by its QR code or code.
• A multi-visit pass can be used for the number of visits shown on it while it is valid. A value card is used in a single visit; if the treatment costs less, the remaining amount is not refunded and cannot be used later; if it costs more, you pay the difference at the salon.
• A card can be given as a gift: anyone who presents the code can use it. Keep the code safe — Park Spa is not responsible if the code has been used by someone else.
• If you have lost the e-mail with the card, write to us and we will send it again.
• Once the card has expired it can no longer be used, and its value is not refunded. The card cannot be exchanged for cash, except as described in section 8.

If you bought a gift card online, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the day of purchase without giving a reason, provided the card has not been used. This right is granted by the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and the rules on distance contracts.

To withdraw, send a notice to info@parkspa.lv with the card code and the date of purchase. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

We will refund the money no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase; the card then becomes invalid. If a multi-visit pass has already been partly used in that period, we refund an amount proportional to the unused visits. The right of withdrawal no longer applies to a card that has been fully used.

• Park Spa is responsible for providing its services professionally, safely and in line with the law.
• Park Spa is not liable for consequences that arise if the client did not disclose their health condition or contraindications or did not follow the therapist's advice.
• Treatments affect everyone differently. Effects described on the website are not a guaranteed result and do not replace medical advice.

We process personal data under our privacy policy. Health information you share at your visit is used only to make the treatment safe.

If something was not as you expected, please tell us straight away at the salon or write to info@parkspa.lv. We will reply to a written complaint within 15 days.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv) or the Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee, or bring the matter before a court of the Republic of Latvia.

Complaints about the quality of medical services can also be made to the Health Inspectorate (Veselības inspekcija, www.vi.gov.lv).

These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Park Spa may update these rules. The version published on this page applies; gift cards already purchased remain subject to the terms in force at the time of purchase.
